Imprinted Walls Installation Process
Here are some photographs to illustrate how the walls and effects are created.

| This varies according to the individual requirements. |
The wall may need building.

| Any loose materials will need to be chiselled from the surface of an existing wall before work commences. |
A more unstable surface may require metal reinforcement.

| Finally the Primer 100 bonding agent is applied and a 3-5 mm scratch coat is rendered on to the area. |

| The following day the scratch coat has dried and is re-coated with the bonding agent, then the wall mix is prepared. |
| The wall mix is then applied to a depth which varies according to the desired pattern. | In this case it is 20mm thick with a dark buff base colour. It is then printed with the pattern or texture moulds. |
| Several hours later the wall is carved and additional highlights are applied to individual stones. |

At this stage the over all colour can be lightened or darkened as required and then a final protective seal is applied. Click for full transformation - Before and After Complete - click images to see enlarged photo |
